Terms

Terms of service

The landing site should not create a second legal narrative. This version intentionally keeps the same starter terms structure currently defined inside the Laravel app while the final cutover is being prepared.

Status

Visible now, but still awaiting production legal approval

These terms provide a clear placeholder during the landing implementation, but they should be replaced with approved production text before the final public switch to Astro.

Acceptance of Terms

This page mirrors the existing CoreCounsel starter terms of service. It still requires approved production legal language before it should be treated as the final governing agreement.

Use of the Service

Users may access CoreCounsel only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and any additional agreements that apply to their subscription or engagement.

Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity that occurs under their accounts.

Customer Data

Customers retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and rights associated with data submitted to the platform. CoreCounsel may process that data solely to provide and support the service.

Third-Party Services

CoreCounsel may integrate with third-party services such as calendars, payment providers, messaging providers, or hosting services. Use of those services may also be subject to separate third-party terms.

Fees and Suspension

Paid features may require a subscription or separate charges. Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, or material violations of the applicable terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided subject to the warranties and limitations set out in the approved legal terms. This section remains a placeholder until counsel-approved language is supplied.

Questions

Need clarification on service terms?

Until a dedicated legal workflow is published, questions about these starter terms can be directed to the same CoreCounsel contact inbox used for rollout discussions.
